DISCLAIMER

1. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the service charge as applicable and paid by the customer shall in no case be or deemed to be the part of premium amount collected by ICICI Lombard General Insurance Company.

2. Each party shall be liable and responsible only towards the services rendered by it

4. The Group Domestic Travel Policy (the “Policy”) has been underwritten by ICICI Lombard GIC (the “Insurer”)

5. The Insurer shall settle all eligible claims of the passengers enrolled under the policy (“Insured Beneficiaries”) in accordance with the policy terms and conditions. Deccan Aviation is only the Policy Holder and is not liable for payment of any claims of the Insured Beneficiaries under the Policy.
