What are the pre-requisites for booking any of these Super Flier packages?

The pre-requisites for booking any of the Super Flier packages are:

  • Valid email address
  • Valid mobile number
Who is eligible to travel on the Super Flier package?

The eligible members who can travel on the Super Flier packages are:

  • Husband, wife and their two children or
  • Father, mother, their son and daughter-in-law or
  • Father, mother, their daughter and son-in-law

No one apart from the above mentioned members can travel on these packages.

From where can I purchase the Super Flier Packages?

Can I purchase a Super Flier coupon through auction websites?

No. Deccan tickets or Super Flier coupons are not available for purchase through auction. Please be wary of other websites where these coupons might be available on auction. These coupons are not transferable.

Who is the Lead Member of the package?

The lead member for all the packages is the 'Father'. The package has to be purchased in his name. After purchasing, he has to register the names of the other members.

Is there a limit on the age of the members?

There is no limit on the age of the members. However, the age gap between the younger parent and the eldest child should not be less than 18 years.

What are the other booking costs, if any?

The purchaser is charged the least when booking on the internet directly on the website www.airdeccan.net via credit card. If booked through any other channel the purchaser would be charged a 5% transaction fee.

What is the mode of payment?

Payment for purchase through the website and call centre has to be made through credit card. However at other Points of Sale, payment can be made via cash or credit card.

What is the validity of the packages?

All the packages are valid for a period of one year from date of purchase.

Is it possible for me to extend the validity of the packages?

The validity cannot be extended beyond one year of date of purchase.

How can I purchase a package online?

Currently this option is not available on the website. As soon as the facility is introduced, we will inform you about it.

How can I register a Super Flier coupon?

Please email to superflier@airdeccan.net with the coupon details, the names of the members of the scheme along with their ages and relationship to the lead member and request for registration. After registration is complete, the scheme holder can now book tickets.

Who can book tickets using the Super Flier coupons?

Tickets can be booked by any member of the scheme provided he / she has access to the login details and password of the package. It is advisable that the password is not shared with anyone else apart from the members registered, to avoid misuse.

How do I book a Super Flier ticket?
  • Click on the "Super Flier" option from the right side panel on the Home page of www.airdeccan.net.
  • Fill the details on the form displayed. Click on Submit.
  • Your request will be processed and when the booking is made, the ticket confirmation number will be sent to the email address which you had entered in the form.
How do I book a ticket for an infant with a Super Flier coupon?

Tickets for infants can be booked at the airport on the day of the travel itself. Infant tickets are priced at Rs. 225/- (Passenger Service Fee) only. Since infants do not occupy seats, it is advisable not to book their tickets through the package but to book them at the airport itself.

How many times can a ticket booked through the Super Flier schemes, be rescheduled?

Every ticket can be re-scheduled to another date just ONCE, after which re-scheduling will not be allowed under any circumstances.

The re-scheduling will be done free of charge and will have to be done by the Guest himself or herself. It is important to note that for re-scheduling of the journey, the ticket does not have to be cancelled. Incase of any doubt about the procedure, the Guest should call up the All India 24 / 7 call centre at 39008888 and then proceed to re-schedule. It is advisable not to share the login and password details with the call centre.

What happens if an Deccan flight is cancelled due to unavoidable circumstances?

If Deccan cancels a flight, then the scheme holder is entitled to either a free re-scheduling of the ticket for another date or roll back of the ticket in to the coupon. Once the ticket rolls back, it can be booked again for another journey.

What happens if an Deccan flight is delayed for more that 2 hours due to unavoidable circumstances?

If an Deccan flight gets delayed for more than 2 hours, then the scheme holder is entitled to either:

  • free re-scheduling of the ticket for another date, or
  • roll back of the ticket,

provided the Guest cancels / re-schedules the ticket before the flight departs, else the ticket will not be re-instated.

What happens when the scheme holder cancels his / her ticket?

The scheme holder will not be entitled to any refund of the ticket nor will the ticket be rolled back to the coupon. However, if a Guest does not wish to travel or re-schedule to another date, he / she should cancel the ticket to release the seat for other Guests.

What do I do in case I forget the coupon password?

The scheme holder needs to:

  1. Go to www.airdeccan.net
  2. Select the "Super Flier" Sign in option from the menu bar.
  3. On the "Super Flier" Login screen click on "forget password". The password would be emailed across to the e-mail address entered by the purchaser.
Are there any reserved seats for Super Flier package holders?

Seats on all sectors are subject to availability on that particular day. There is no quota or reserved seats for package holders.

 

Are these packages transferable?

None of these schemes are transferable.

 

Can the names of the members be changed?

Name and title change is not permissible under any circumstances. Only registered members can book tickets and once booked, the Guest name cannot be changed on the ticket or in the coupon.

 

Do all the registered scheme members need to travel together?

All the members availing the scheme need not travel together. Either they may travel together or independently in any combination.

 

Can I quit or leave the scheme?

In case a scheme holder decides to quit the scheme, no refund would be given.

 

What happens if I make a mistake while registering for a Super Flier scheme?

Names spelt incorrectly at the time of registration cannot be changed. If tickets are booked with wrong and mis-spelt names, boarding can be denied at the Airport. Therefore please be very careful while registering the names in the coupon.

 

Is there any special pricing for NRI's and Foreigners?

Deccan does not have differential pricing for NRI's and foreigners. The fares are same for all across the globe.

 

What is a Point-to-Point Airline?

In case a scheme holder has a connecting flight and the onward flight is delayed or cancelled, Deccan will not take any responsibility for the connecting flight whether it is an Deccan flight or any other airline. Exceptions on case to case basis can be made only if Deccan connecting or return flight is within 24 hours of the onward flight, however the minimum gap between the onward and return / connecting flight has to be at least 4 hours.

 

What happens if a Ticket Number is not generated or there is a duplicate booking?

While booking tickets, in case the Ticket Number is not generated or the page goes blank or gives an error, please check the transaction history of the coupon. At times, the Ticket Number may be generated but it does not show up while booking but it is displayed in the transaction history. Duplicate bookings will not be rolled back and will mean loss of ticket. What are the valid sectors applicable to a Super Flier scheme?

As when Deccan launches new sectors, the sectors applicable will be updated into the packages.

 

What are the mandatory documents required while traveling on any of the schemes?

It is mandatory for Guests to carry a valid photo identity card. This is required for proof of identification at the airport on the date of travel. Any of the below mentioned documents can be carried:

  • Valid Passport
  • Valid Driving License
  • Election Photo Identification Card
  • Credit card with photograph
  • PAN card issued by the Income Tax Department
  • Photo identity card issued by the employer (Government and reputed private sector organizations ONLY)
