What is the "Fly more to Fly Free" all about?

Fly 6 times from Jan 15th to March 31st 2008 & get one free Ticket (one way)(any Deccan sector) (Only PSF charges of Rs 225 applicable). Similarly fly 10 times during this period & get 2 free Tickets (one way)(any sector). (Only PSF charges of Rs 225 applicable).

   

On which Airline is the "Fly more to Fly Free" offer applicable ?

The "Fly more to Fly Free" offer is applicable only on Deccan for all the tickets booked from any channel.

Do I need to register to avail this offer?

Yes, you need to log on to www.airdeccan.net. Click on the offer link & register with your Name, Mobile no, address, pin code & email id. (Please note all these information is mandatory).

What is the last date by when I need to purchase a ticket & travel and be eligible for the offer?

This offer is valid for tickets booked on Deccan for the period January 15 to March 31, 2008. You would also need to complete your required 6 flights/10 flights to be eligible for this offer.

How can I book and avail of this offer?

This offer is applicable for all bookings made through the following Points of Sale.

  • Bangalore, Chennai, Kolkata and Mumbai City Office Counters

How do I get my free ticket (s)?
  • The guest will be intimated through email and SMS. The guest must ensure that while booking the ticket, an accurate mobile number and email address is entered. If booking through a travel agent, please make sure that the mobile number and email address entered belongs to the guest and not the travel agent.
  • For the first offer i.e. Fly 6 times & get 1 ticket free (one way), one voucher number will be sent to guest through email and SMS.
  • For the second offer i.e. Fly 10 times & get 2 tickets free (one way), two vouchers will be sent to the guest through email and SMS.

How do I redeem the free ticket?

  • The guest will have to book at least 7 days in advance of their travel date to redeem their free tickets.
  • guest can book tickets on any Deccan sectors under this promotion.
  • To book the free tickets for travel, the winner need to call up Deccan's 24x7 All India Call Centre and give the Call Centre Executive his/her Voucher Number, First Name and Last Name.
  • Once the verifications are done on the Voucher Number and the name of the guest, the agents proceeds to complete the booking by selecting the Deccan sectors and selecting the flights. Name and contact details will be input by default.
  • Payment (Rs. 225/- only) will to be collected by the Credit Card Agent. The guest will need to give the Credit Card Number, the Credit Card expiry date and the CVV number to the Agent.
  • Once the payment is through successfully, the agent continues with the booking and a PNR is generated. The Agent will tell the guest the PNR Number and the same will be sent to the guest in an email.
  • Once this free ticket has been claimed the flight count for that guest will become 0 (zero). The voucher will be deemed as "USED" and thus marked to prevent re-use.
  • If the guest has finished 10 flights and has got 2 vouchers, he/she can book the free ticket on each voucher separately. this can be done on the same call to the Call Centre.

How will I come to know the status of my flights taken?

Visit the Deccan website, www.airdeccan.net, and click on the " Fly More to Fly Free" offer. Click on the "Check Flight Status" option.
Key in your Name & mobile number and get to know the status of your flights taken.
Please note, the mobile numbers needs to be same all the 6/10 times you fly during these offer period

Will I be informed about my completion of 6/10 flights?

Yes, once you complete 6 flights an email and SMS will be sent to you with a voucher no, informing you about your free tickets.
In case you have not availed your free ticket after your 6 flights & avail the free ticket after 10 flights then you will be sent an email and an SMS with 2 voucher numbers.
The email and SMS will be sent on the same email id and mobile number which you mentioned during registration.

Can I use the free ticket for travel by my family member?

Yes, you can use this free ticket for your family members or gift it to your friends.

Can I use my free ticket after I have done 9 flights?

The guest has the option to claim a single free one-way ticket on completion of 6 flights.

If a guest chooses not to claim the free ticket then, he/she can wait till 10 flights are completed and then they can claim two free one way tickets.

If the guest has finished 9 flights and wants to claim their free ticket, he/she can claim only a single free one-way ticket.

Once this free ticket has been claimed the flight count for that guest will become 0 (zero). The voucher will be deemed as "USED" and thus marked to prevent re-use.

If the guest then wants to further participate in this offer, he/she will have to start accumulating flight numbers from the start again.

Till when can I redeem my free ticket?

You can redeem your free ticket till April 15, 2008 by calling up our 24x7 Call Centre.

Please note you should book your free ticket and complete your travel by April 15, 2008. You need to book your free ticket for travel upto 7 days in advance. Last date to book the free ticket for travel will be April 8 2008.

Please call up our Call Centre 7 days prior to your travel date.

Can I cancel or reschedule my free ticket which has been booked for travel?

These free tickets, once booked, cannot be cancelled or transfered. If the ticket is cancelled then the guest will loose the amount paid as taxes (PSF charges of Rs 225/- only in this case).

Only rescheduling of this ticket is allowed. Once a ticket is rescheduled, it will be treated as any other normal guest ticket.

Rescheduling of these tickets can be done at any Point of Sale (Call Centre, Airport Office, City Office).
