Engineering - MCC Senior Maintenance Controller

Qualification

ICAO type 2 licences in either Mechanical or Avionics categories on ATR 72/42 and Airbus A320.

Experience:

He or she must have been licenced for more than 5 years with experience in Line Maintenance and MCC.

Job Responsibilities:

Guiding and steering the line maintenance in the daily operations to assure that the most efficient course of action are taken to provide a serviceable fleet at any time.
Co-ordinates the receipt, distribution and use of all received information regarding technical problems in the daily operation.
The Duty Manager of Maintenance Control Centre will actively coordinate and communicate aircraft changes with OCC and AOG situation at all stations.
The jobholder will be responsible to assign unscheduled work to line maintenance at Line Stations, while he is monitoring the timely completion.
The Duty Manager of Maintenance Control Centre will review and monitor the technical status of the aircraft in relation to the levels of deferred defects, spare loans and any technical deficiency across the fleet. Assess daily aircraft maintenance operation at all stations in order to ensure the maximum dispatch reliability level.
Additional call ups for aircraft undergoing Base Maintenance at maintenance provider whenever the need arises.
